Terms and Conditions for Willow Moon Movement

1. Description of Services
Willow Moon Movement provides a range of services including dance classes, yoga classes, movement flow classes, pole classes, aerial classes, and special pop-up events. These services encompass drop-in classes, group availability, and one-on-one opportunities.
2. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds
Prices for services offered range from $20 to $300, including payment plans and package deals. Occasional discounts and special offers may be made available. Payment is processed securely through PocketSuite and can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Apple Pay. For series payments, a 50% retention fee applies if termination occurs without at least 7 days notice. Drop-in courses require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation, or a fee equivalent to half of the drop-in price ($10) will be applied.
3. Waivers and Agreements
Participants are required to complete two waivers during checkout: the Agreement to Participation & Release of Liability, as well as the Client Handbook contract. Additionally, a Photo Use Release Waiver may be presented a few days prior to an appointment, allowing Willow Moon Movement to use photos or media recorded during classes at her discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All photos, logos, graphic designs, and related content are considered the intellectual property of Willow Moon Movement and may not be used without written consent from Willow Moon Movement. Users are expected to adhere to copyright laws in the United States.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the activities of all individuals accessing or using the Services through their account. All users must comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement. If any violations are identified, please contact us immediately.

7. Legal Actions
In the event of any legal disputes, both parties agree to first attempt negotiation in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue arbitration in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. In the case of disputes involving a person located in another country, arbitration will be based on United States Federal Law, specifically within the state of Montana.
